foosol, LLC (“foosol,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use our websites, mobile applications, games, and related services that link to this Policy, collectively, the “Services.”

This Policy applies to foosol websites, mobile applications, games, and related services that display or link to this Privacy Policy, collectively referred to as the “Services.” A specific Service may provide an additional notice if its practices differ from this Policy.

1. Who Is Responsible for Your Information

foosol, LLC is the controller or business responsible for the personal information described in this Policy. Our contact details are provided in the Contact Us section at the end of this Policy.

2. Summary of Our Practices

  • Most foosol applications do not require a foosol account.
  • Game progress and settings are generally stored locally on your device unless a platform feature, such as Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, is used.
  • Some applications may display advertising through Google AdMob.
  • Apple, Google, and other service providers may process device, usage, transaction, game-service, diagnostic, or advertising information as described below.
  • We do not sell personal information for monetary payment.
  • When personalized advertising is enabled, advertising providers may use device and usage information as described below. You can manage available advertising choices through your device and in-app settings.
  • We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as precise geolocation, health information, biometric information, government identification numbers, or payment card details, unless a future Service clearly requests it and provides any required additional notice.

3. Personal Information We Collect

The information collected depends on the Service, the device and platform you use, your settings, permissions, consent choices, and the features you choose.

A. Information You Provide

When you contact us, request support, submit feedback, or exercise a privacy right, we may collect:

  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • the content of your message;
  • information about the relevant application, device, purchase, or problem; and
  • any files or other information you choose to provide.

Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for us to respond to your request.

B. Website and Online Service Information

When you use our websites or online tools, we and our service providers may collect:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from it;
  • browser type, operating system, device type, language, and screen information;
  • pages viewed, links selected, referring page, timestamps, and general interaction information;
  • cookie identifiers, consent choices, and similar online identifiers;
  • security, fraud-prevention, and reCAPTCHA signals; and
  • diagnostic, error, and performance information.

Our website may use Google Analytics, Google reCAPTCHA, Google Fonts, Google Maps, YouTube, and similar services, depending on the page and your consent choices.

C. Mobile Application and Game Information

Depending on the application and the features used, we and our service providers may collect:

  • application name and version;
  • device model, operating system, language, country or region, and general device settings;
  • IP address and approximate location derived from it;
  • device or account-related identifiers, including an Android Advertising ID, Apple advertising identifier when permitted, app-set identifiers, installation identifiers, or platform player identifiers;
  • application interactions, gameplay events, ad impressions, ad selections, and general usage information;
  • crash logs, diagnostics, and performance information;
  • consent, advertising, and privacy preference signals;
  • scores, achievements, display name, and related game-service information when you use Apple Game Center or Google Play Games; and
  • purchase product, transaction identifier, purchase status, receipt, or validation token needed to process, validate, restore, or prevent fraud involving an in-app purchase.

Game progress, preferences, and settings may also be stored locally on your device. Local data is generally deleted when you delete the application or clear its data, unless your operating system, cloud backup, or game platform retains a copy.

D. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

Unless a Service clearly states otherwise and requests any required permission, foosol does not intentionally collect:

  • precise GPS location;
  • contacts or address-book data;
  • microphone recordings;
  • health, genetic, or biometric information;
  • government identification numbers;
  • payment card numbers or bank-account credentials; or
  • the contents of private communications outside information you send directly to us.

4. Sources of Personal Information

We collect personal information:

  • directly from you;
  • automatically from your browser, device, or application;
  • from Apple, Google, or another app store or platform when you make a purchase or use a platform service;
  • from advertising, analytics, security, hosting, support, and technical service providers; and
  • from information you direct another person or service to provide to us.

5. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • save settings, support gameplay, restore purchases, and provide leaderboards or achievements;
  • respond to support, feedback, legal, or privacy requests;
  • understand general use, diagnose errors, and improve reliability and performance;
  • display, measure, limit, and prevent fraud involving advertisements;
  • personalize advertisements only when permitted and after obtaining consent where required;
  • protect the security, integrity, rights, and safety of foosol, our users, and others;
  • enforce our terms and prevent misuse;
  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, and law-enforcement obligations; and
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

6. Legal Bases for Processing in Europe

Where the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Swiss data-protection laws apply, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • Contract or steps requested by you: to provide a requested Service, feature, support response, purchase restoration, leaderboard, or achievement.
  • Consent: for non-essential cookies, personalized advertising, device storage or access, analytics, or other processing where consent is legally required.
  • Legitimate interests: to operate and improve the Services, provide contextual or limited advertising where permitted, prevent fraud, protect security, respond to ordinary support requests, and understand general performance, provided that those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Legal obligation: to comply with applicable law, valid legal process, tax, accounting, consumer-protection, or regulatory requirements.
  • Legal claims and vital interests: where necessary to protect a person or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our websites may use cookies, local storage, pixels, software development kits, and similar technologies.

Essential Technologies

Essential technologies support website security, network management, consent preferences, and basic functionality. These technologies may operate without consent where permitted by law.

Analytics and Performance

With consent where required, Google Analytics or similar services may collect online identifiers and usage information to help us understand website performance and general use.

External Content and Services

Pages may use or embed Google reCAPTCHA, Google Fonts, Google Maps, YouTube, or similar services. These providers may receive your IP address, device or browser information, and interaction information when the service loads.

You can manage available website choices through the cookie and privacy settings displayed on foosol.com and through your browser settings. Blocking certain technologies may prevent some features, including the contact form, maps, fonts, or videos, from working correctly.

Google explains how it uses information from websites and applications that use Google services at: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

8. Advertising and Google AdMob

Some free applications and games may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. Other Services may contain no advertising.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK and participating advertising partners may collect or receive:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from it;
  • device, application, operating-system, and language information;
  • advertising identifiers and other device or installation identifiers;
  • advertising impressions, interactions, conversions, and fraud-prevention information;
  • application interactions and product-interaction information; and
  • crash, diagnostic, and performance information.

Google and its advertising partners may use this information to deliver advertisements, measure performance, prevent fraud and abuse, limit repeated advertisements, and, when permitted, personalize advertisements. foosol may receive aggregated advertising reports, revenue information, consent status, and campaign-performance information.

Current advertising partners and their purposes may also be identified in the consent or privacy message shown inside an application.

Your Advertising Choices

  • iOS: Apple requires permission through App Tracking Transparency before an application may access the device advertising identifier or track a user as defined by Apple. You can change tracking permission in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
  • Android: You can reset or delete the Android Advertising ID through your device privacy settings.
  • EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland: Where required, the application presents a consent message through Google User Messaging Platform or another certified consent-management platform before processing that requires consent. You can review or change available choices through Settings > Ad Privacy Options or a similarly labeled control inside the application.
  • United States: Where available, use the application’s privacy-options control to opt out of personalized advertising, sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.
  • Remove Ads: If an application offers a Remove Ads purchase and the purchase is active, the application stops requesting and displaying advertisements. Processing unrelated to advertising, such as app-store transaction processing, diagnostics, or optional game services, may continue.

Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all advertisements. You may receive contextual, limited, or non-personalized advertisements, and providers may still process limited information for delivery, frequency limits, measurement, security, and fraud prevention as permitted by law.

Google explains its advertising and retention practices at:

9. In-App Purchases

Apple App Store, Google Play, or another application store processes payments. foosol does not receive your full payment-card number, bank-account credentials, or complete billing information.

The application store or purchase framework may provide foosol with limited transaction information, such as:

  • the product purchased;
  • transaction identifier;
  • purchase status and date;
  • receipt or validation token; and
  • information needed to restore the purchase or prevent fraud.

Apple and Google process account and payment information under their own privacy policies and terms.

Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

10. Apple Game Center and Google Play Games

If you choose to use Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, Apple or Google may process your gamer profile, player identifier, display name, scores, achievements, friends or social features, saved-game information, and related activity according to your platform settings and their privacy policies.

The application may receive limited player, score, achievement, or authentication information needed to provide the selected feature. Unless a specific Service states otherwise, foosol does not operate a separate foosol account database for these platform game services.

11. Children’s and Teen Privacy

Some foosol applications are educational and may be used by children. Our advertising-supported applications that use personalized advertising are not directed to children under 13.

For any Service specifically directed to children under 13:

  • we do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children except as permitted to support the internal operation of the Service;
  • we do not use interest-based or behavioral advertising;
  • we either do not display third-party advertising or configure advertising requests for child-directed and age-appropriate treatment; and
  • we do not require a child to provide more personal information than is reasonably necessary to use the Service.

Where an application knows that a user is under the applicable age of digital consent, the application requests age-appropriate, non-personalized, limited, or no advertisements, as applicable.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child provided personal information in a way not described here, contact us using the methods in the Contact Us section. We will investigate and delete the information when required.

Parents should also review the privacy and family settings available through Apple, Google, and the relevant device.

12. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:

  • Service providers and processors: providers of hosting, website operation, analytics, diagnostics, security, fraud prevention, support, consent management, and technical infrastructure.
  • Advertising partners: Google AdMob and participating ad-technology providers when an advertising-supported application requests an advertisement.
  • Application stores and platform providers: Apple, Google, and other platforms for distribution, purchases, authentication, Game Center, Play Games, achievements, leaderboards, or related services.
  • Professional advisers: lawyers, accountants, insurers, auditors, and similar advisers where reasonably necessary.
  • Legal and safety recipients: courts, regulators, law enforcement, government authorities, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, and legal claims.
  • Business transaction recipients: a buyer, successor, investor, or adviser involved in a proposed or completed merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of foosol, subject to appropriate protections.
  • At your direction: another person or service when you request or authorize the disclosure.

Service providers are permitted to process information only for applicable services and purposes, subject to their contracts and legal obligations.

13. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, respond to requests, maintain security, prevent fraud, comply with legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes.

The length of time information is retained depends on the type of information and why it was collected. Local application data generally remains on your device until you delete the application, clear its data, reset the feature, or your device or cloud-backup service removes it.

Apple, Google, and other third parties retain information according to their own privacy policies, settings, contracts, and legal obligations. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we delete, de-identify, or aggregate it where practicable.

14. International Data Transfers

foosol is based in the United States. Personal information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers, application stores, advertising partners, and platform providers operate.

Where European or United Kingdom data-protection law requires a transfer safeguard, we rely on applicable mechanisms used by us or our providers, such as an adequacy decision, participation in an approved data-privacy framework, standard contractual clauses, the United Kingdom International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or another lawful safeguard.

You may contact us using the methods in the Contact Us section for additional information about applicable transfer safeguards.

15. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No method of electronic transmission, software operation, or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

16. Privacy Requests and Choices

You may contact us to ask what personal information foosol holds about you, request a correction or deletion, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern.

Submit your request using one of the methods in the Contact Us section. The contact form is our preferred method. If you email us, use Privacy Request in the subject line.

Please identify the Service involved and provide enough information for us to understand and respond to the request. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity or authority before fulfilling a request.

You can also manage certain information directly by:

  • changing website cookie choices where available;
  • changing advertising or tracking permissions in your device settings;
  • using an in-app Ad Privacy Options or similarly labeled control where available;
  • signing out of or changing settings in Apple Game Center or Google Play Games; and
  • deleting the application or clearing its local data.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

17. European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

If applicable data-protection law covers our processing of your personal information, you may have the right to:

  • access personal information;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • request deletion;
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • receive portable data;
  • withdraw consent at any time; and
  • lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.

We generally respond to covered requests within one month, subject to any extension or exception permitted by law.

18. Do Not Track and Third-Party Tracking

Some browsers offer a Do Not Track or similar privacy signal. Because there is no uniform standard for interpreting these signals, our Services do not currently respond to them.

You can manage cookies through available website privacy settings and your browser. You can manage mobile advertising choices through your device settings and any in-app privacy controls that are available.

Analytics, embedded-content, platform, and advertising providers may collect information about activity over time and across different websites, applications, or services when their technologies are enabled.

19. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may link to or integrate services operated by third parties. Their handling of personal information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms. foosol is not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

You should review the privacy settings and notices of Apple, Google, YouTube, and any other service you choose to use.

20. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our Services, technology, vendors, or legal obligations. We will post the updated Policy at https://foosol.com/privacy/ and revise the “Last Updated” date.

If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice when required by law, such as an in-application notice, website notice, consent prompt, or other appropriate communication.
